FOOTBALLSHIRTS DEMONSTRATION
This website is a portfolio demonstration, not an active store. It does not accept real orders, payments or deliveries, and checkout cannot change stock.
1. Controller and purpose
The controller is the owner of the FootballShirts demonstration. For privacy matters, contact piotrekokonek@gmail.com. The site is used solely to present a website implementation and its sample customer journey.
2. Data processed in the demonstration
The checkout form is visual only. Its values are not used to create an order, customer profile, payment or delivery. Visitors should not enter real personal, address or card information. Registration, profile editing, saved addresses and payment methods are disabled.
The shared test account is read-only and maintained by the site owner. Do not add any personal information to it.
3. Necessary local storage and cookies
The site uses only essential technical storage: WooCommerce session and cart cookies, a sign-in session cookie after using the test account, and a local browser preference recording the cookie-banner choice. They are required for the displayed cart, sign-in state and security. The demonstration does not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking cookies.
4. Technical logs and recipients
The local hosting environment may process limited technical connection data in server logs to operate and secure the demonstration. The theme does not intentionally save checkout, address or payment data. Failed login messages are recorded without a username or IP address in the message.
5. Retention and your rights
Essential session data expires under the browser and WooCommerce session settings. The cookie preference remains in the browser until it is cleared. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Changes
This policy describes the current demonstration configuration. Before any production launch, it must be replaced with a policy matching the actual controller, hosting, payments, deliveries and chosen analytics tools.
