Returns

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within the period provided by applicable law. To request a return, email piotrekokonek@gmail.com and provide the order number.

Complaints

Please submit a complaint by email, describing the issue and providing the order number. Attaching photos helps us assess the request.

Response

We will confirm receipt and respond within the period required by law.

Demonstration purpose

FootballShirts is a portfolio demonstration project. No real sales, payments or deliveries are carried out.

Future store version

Before active sales begin, customers must receive a withdrawal instruction, a model form, information about return costs and clear complaint rules. The standard withdrawal period is 14 days from receiving goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
